2. Information that We Collect about ALL Users
Currently, My Free Soda™ provides a website (see https://myfreesoda.com/) with a landing page that is publicly accessible to all users, whether they have registered for an account or not.
For all such users, My Free Soda™ may record information such as IP Address, GPS location, which features are accessed, and other information useful for marketing, analytics, and/or other business purposes.
This information is kept private and only possibly shared outside My Free Soda™ systems (which includes any cloud service providers who store and/or manage any of the My Free Soda™ system data) in aggregate, such that no personally identifiable information is exposed.
3. Information that We Collect about Interested Users
To allow interested users to request to access our Private Beta, we provide a text box at the top right of our homepage through which a user can submit their email address.
The My Free Soda™ systems record and store this information for the purpose of contacting the interested user about gaining access to our Private Beta, in accordance with our Terms of Use (see https://myfreesoda.com/TermsOfUse.html).
This information is kept private within the My Free Soda™ systems (which includes any cloud service providers who store and/or manage any of the My Free Soda™ system data).
4. Information that We Collect about Discount Submissions
To allow any user to inform us about a specific discount, we provide a form on our homepage and discount lead page through which a user can submit 1) the details of the Discount, 2) the name and contact info for the Establishment offering the Discount, and 3) any other information that the user deems relevant to share about the Discount.
The My Free Soda™ systems record and store this information for the purpose of contacting the Establishment about the Discount, displaying the Discount to other users, and/or fulfilling any other purpose useful for our business, in accordance with our Terms of Use (see https://myfreesoda.com/TermsOfUse.html).
5. Information that We Collect for Upcoming Contests
To allow any user to request to learn more about our upcoming contests, we provide a form on our upcoming contests page through which a user can submit 1) the user's name and contact info, 2) whether the user knows of a potential sponsor for upcoming contests, and 3) any other information that the user deems relevant to provide.
The My Free Soda™ systems record and store this information for the purpose of contacting the user about news and details about our contests, contacting the potential sponsor about the sponsorship opportunity, and/or fulfilling any other purpose useful for our business, in accordance with our Terms of Use (see https://myfreesoda.com/TermsOfUse.html).
6. Statement about the Future
As our system is currently in Private Beta, our system and business strategies are evolving, so we may need to change some or all of our Privacy Policy in the future.
In making such changes, we will strive to maintain the privacy of our users, while at the same time enhancing the viability of our business.
As mentioned above, we reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy as our needs dictate, and your continued usage of our system will confirm your agreement, as well as the agreement of any business entity (or other type of organization) that you interact on behalf of, to such changes.
